Characters (Warning: Spoilers!)

Ladrona "Ron" Mallow / "Nightshade"

A young Asian woman with wide hips, long black hair, and sensible taste in clothes. She lives with Leo. She has a generous and caring nature. She can be found in class studying to be a prosecutor, or giving blood at the local blood drive, or volunteering at the soup kitchen, or picketing against eating meat. She's afraid of the dark, and even more afraid of heights. You wouldn't suspect that she doubles as Nightshade, a dangerous supervillain with fifteen murders to her name! Lucky for her, Leo doesn't know her secret.

Her super power is her shadow, which can form a solid shape of any size and travel through clear objects like light going through glass. To protect her secret identity, she wraps her entire form in shadows. The only visible part of her 'villainous form' is her eyes, which glow white. Her powers are great but she has very little control over them, hence how she accidentally murdered everyone she ever loved.

Leonardo "Leo" Peller / "Wailing Wonder"

A young man with messy blond hair and a strong Australian accent. He lives with Ron, who doesn't know that he's the Wailing Wonder. He spends his time buried in comic books or flipping burgers at Gwendy's. He's quick to anger and prone to bearing grudges. He suffers from unusually bad luck. He also cares little about justice, peace or the greater good; dangerous traits, for a superhero! After being abandoned by his boyfriend and superhero, Mystic, Leo's only goals in life are destroying Nightshade in revenge and raising money for his sister.

Leo's super power is his voice, which can hit the perfect pitch and resonance to shatter any substance. While powerful, his destructive powers can't be focused, so he ends up destroying buildings more often than villains. His supersuit is bright blue and yellow with a music note motif. He's new to the superhero scene, having been a sidekick most of his life and seeing very little action.

Ranvir Radovan / "Mystic"

Leo's former hero and ex-boyfriend. He appears to be a handsome man from the middle east with a distinctive goatee. He dons a white cape and turban to become Mystic, a superhero with the power of flight and a talent with the sword. Unlike most superheroes, he cares little about glory and only concerns himself with protecting the common man. He avoids 'dramatic' confrontations, preferring to catch villains when they least suspect it. Despite his sadistic sense of humor, his heart is in the right place, and he is known as the greatest hero in the history of Antiopolis.

Unfortunately, he was driven out of Antiopolis by Nightshade. He moved to the Ganymede Colony for security and left Leo to fill his shoes.
